A couple of days ago,one of my classmates bought a bag of food from a supermarket. Some roommates were invited to enjoy the food. Unfortunately,after finishing it,all of them got

poisoned and had stomachaches with their faces pale. They were quickly sent to a nearby hospital.

A doctor examined them and gave them some medicine. They were out of danger soon after taking the medicine.

This accident made me realize the seriousness of the food safety problem. I sincerely hope that the whole society pay much more attention to food safety.

要尊重生命，就要尊重规则。遵守规则是一种责任，一种道德，一种权力，一种义务。遵守规定才能保证安全，这是安全生产的经验。安全源于长期的警惕，事故源于瞬间的麻痹，思想上的懈怠麻痹必然导致安全隐患和违规行为的存在。即使偶然的现象发生，即使偶然的违规发生，也有可能犯错，成为永远的遗憾。没有安全，我们就失去了和谐、美好、美丽的大家庭，就没有企业的可持续发展。一切事故都可以避免，松懈瘫痪，一切事故都可以发生。遵守规定是水源，是树的根，是安全的基础。

早上好!我今天演讲的题目是《校园安全，从我做起》。

生命对于我们每一个人只有一次。据统计，我国每年有1.6万中小学生非正常死亡，其中约有80%的非正常死亡是人为的。

为了让这些校园悲剧不再重演，倡议同学们要做好以下几点：

1、要自觉遵守校规校纪，有次序的用餐、出操、集会等的活动。

2、不攀坐学校各楼层的护栏、窗台，上下楼梯要靠右行走，不要互相推攘，不要在楼梯和走廊上追逐、奔跑、打闹，不攀上门窗、栏杆来打扫卫生或做其他任何事。

3、在校期间未经允许不得私自离校，更不能攀爬围墙出校。

4、不能在宿舍及其他场所违规使用明火，不要损坏消防器材，不要在任何场所私拉、乱接电线。

5、不要打架斗殴，更不能纠集校外人员寻衅滋事。同学间遇到矛盾时，一定要冷静，要理智，切忌用拳头代替说理，从而给自己和同学带来不良的后果。

6、体育活动，实验课及其他户外活动，要严格服从老师指挥，严守操作规程，不要擅自行动。

7、注意饮食卫生，防止病从口入，不吃霉烂过期食品，不吃零食，不喝生水，养成良好的卫生习惯。

8、在上学，放学途中，不要随意和陌生人说话，更不能和陌生人一起离开。

9、正值流感的爆发性季节，目前预防流感的形势还相当严峻，希望同学们要自觉做防范措施。

今天我讲话的主题是《关注食品安全，保障身体健康》。

随着我国社会经济的迅速发展和人民生活水平的日益提高，人们对健康、对食品安全更加关注，特别是“三鹿”奶粉等食品安全事件的发生，更给我们敲响了关注食品安全的警钟。“食品安全”已经成为关系到国民健康、社会稳定、经济发展、市场繁荣的重要因素。

而对于我们每位同学个体而言，学习和了解相关的食品卫生知识、养成良好的饮食卫生习惯、增进自我保护意识，抵制低劣食品的诱惑，这是非常必要的，也是切实可行的。但我们时常还会看到在校园周边的杂吃店、餐饮店甚至流动小摊点前，一些学生在购买、食用价廉质次的食品。

那么，你了解看似诱人并且便宜的这些食品背后隐藏着怎样的危险吗?

据卫生监督部门的技术人员介绍，由于学生的零花钱相对有限，所以这些经营者绝大多数是以“便宜进便宜出”为原则，购进一些“三无”产品，多数食品就是以色素、糖精为主要原料。

营养专家也发出这样的提醒：油炸、烧烤、烟熏食品不仅会使食物营养成分变性，还有可能因为原料的质量问题而造成毒害，有些甚至含有致癌物，严重危害青少年的生长发育和身体健康。

冷饮在储存过程中不能排除交叉污染，不少销售商是把冷饮与冻肉合放在一起，有的则是原料本身就不合格。而且，在卫生部门多次检查中发现，学校周边店的进货来源比较杂乱，有的店主不能出具采购食品索证登记，或相关的进货信息记录不全，有的店主甚至购进过期、变质食品或三无食品。

而对于路边流动的小摊点，上述要求更是无从谈起，其实就是无证非法经营。因此，校园周边的食品卫生隐患，已成为一个顽症。

要消除这一顽症，除了需要卫生、耻、工商等执法部门加大检查、取缔工作力度外，还需要我们的学生提高自我保护意识，自觉抵制不卫生食品的诱惑，不买不良食品，杜绝食源性疾病和食物中毒的发生。所以，在此我建议同学们：

1、要树立食品安全观念，了解食品安全知识，增强自我防护能力。

在购买食品时，应选择正规的大型商场和超市，选购食品应尽可能选择一些知名品牌。同时一定要注意食品包装上有无生产厂家、生产日期，是否过保质期。

若在小店里买食品一定要看好厂家、生产日期、保质期，注意包装袋有无破损，外包装有没有被改动过的痕迹。无生产许可证、qs标志的食品坚决不能购买和食用。

2、培养良好的饮食观念。

不食用流动摊点的小吃、零食等，自觉抵制三无食品、低质食品的诱惑，在校学生尽可能到学校食堂就餐。

3、养成健康的.饮食习惯。

不挑食，不偏食，每日三餐，定时定量，不暴饮暴食。自备水杯，多饮白开水。其实，白开水是最好的饮料，一些饮料含有防腐剂、色素等，经常饮用不利于青少年学生的健康。

4、养成良好的卫生习惯。

不随便在校园内吃零食，不乱扔纸屑，包装袋等垃圾，保持整洁的校园卫生环境。

老师、同学们，食品安全无小事，“病从口入”重预防。

现在已进入春意盎然、万物复苏的季节，各种病菌也在悄然滋生和迅速蔓延。让我们自觉行动起来，关注食品安全，重视“问题食品”对身体健康和青少年成长的危害，远离“问题食品”、“不合格食品”，不断提高我们的食品安全意识和自我保护意识，为构建平安和谐、健康向上的校园环境而不懈努力!
