on december3, , the bureau of international expositions (or call it bie) announced that shanghai will host expo20xx. the bie had received bids from five cities to host expo20xx. among the 5 nice cities, the bie chose shanghai at last! it’s really an exciting news for not only shanghainese, but also all of chinese people. here are some details about it.

shanghai expo is the first comprehensive world expo held in a developing country. and it is also the first one that takes “the city” as its theme, hoping that it can push forward the city development and help bring about a better urban living environment, just like the theme: better city, better life.
i think, as a student in shanghai, we should learn to be a gentle person and keep good manners from now on. and try to practice english more in order to communicate with foreigners fluently in the near future. because, we’re a part of shanghai!

对于环境保护，我们能做些什么？下面，我来告诉大家几点我们能做到的措施：
第一、尽量不要使用一次性筷子，使用一次性筷子过多，会导致人们更加努力的砍伐树木。
第二、节约水电，水龙头用过后要关紧，因为一个滴水的水龙头半个小时就可浪费1。8升的水。电灯用后及时关闭，这样既可防止电能浪费，又能避免发生火灾。
第三、不要乱丢废电池、塑料瓶等物品。一节电池中的化学废料就可使一平方米的土地失去利用价值。
最后，我呼吁，作为未来的接班人，我们应当团结起来，保护地球，爱我家园！

哪初中生该有什么样子呢？在经过我的总结之后我觉得首先要有一个端正的学习太多，不能再像小学时候一样只顾着玩了，要把心思用在学习上，不辜负爸爸妈妈送我们来学习读书花的的钱，更不能辜负爸爸妈妈的良苦用心。其次就是要有素质，买完东西要和别人说谢谢，说个谢谢又不会对大家怎么样，但对别人来说就是最好的鼓励。与人为善就是与己为善，你帮了别人要是别人要是要是和你说一句谢谢你是不是会开心很多。老话说，以己度人，不能总是想着自己怎么舒服，你要是让别人舒服了，别人肯定也会让你舒服吧。还有就是尊老爱幼，像我们平常坐公交车要是没有空座了，给那些爷爷奶奶或者小朋友让个座，别人心里一定也很开心吧。何况这种事情是可以传播的，你给别人让了座，别人回去一说，别人的子女也开始让座，就这样大家不都开始养成这样的良好习惯了吗。最后呢就是爱卫生，不管是家里卫生，学校卫生还是公共卫生，大家都要爱护。像在地板上看见有个纸呀，有个瓶子呀，塑料袋呀什么的大家都可以主动扔到垃圾桶里，不然如果大家都不做，就放在那里，哪长久下来我们的地球不就毁了吗。虽然你可能愿意把自己家里卫生搞干净，帮助爸爸妈妈做点家务活，但如果到外面也是这样的话，每个人都只要做那么一小点，环卫阿姨们都会轻松很多，如果每个人都愿意爱卫生的话，那么我们的地球都会变得更加的美好。
还有就是现在大家都喜欢讲脏话，觉得成熟，有趣。但对于我们中学生来说这些都是不应该的。脏话毕竟不是什么好的东西，而且如果经常说别人就会觉得，这个人很低俗，很没有素质。好习惯都是养成的虽然一开始大家肯定不会太适应，但长期坚持下去肯定是可以的。别人看见你这样也会夸我们有教养，有素质，讲文明。我们是还在成长的中学生，我们肩负着长辈们的期望，所以在我们学习的同时希望大家都能够成为文明中学生，争当文明中学生！

但是更多的时候我们缺乏自信，在我们学习的时候因为我们成绩一直提不上去，我们就开始怀疑自己觉得自己更本做不到，也无法完成，其他同学能偶取得这样好的成绩完全是因为他们的比我们聪明，比我们有能力，总是个自己的失败找借口，因为我们没有自信去面对困难，没有勇气在去实现自己的梦想，经过了多次失败的打击，已经米有了以往的动力米有了以往的冲劲，有的只是踌躇不前，有的只是退宿。
当我们遇到困难是退缩了一次，我们就没有了勇气，退缩了第二次我们就没有了自信，自信与勇气是一起的，用为自己因为对自己信任认为自己有能力做好，能够实现这样的事情，这是我们不能够做到的，所以就能够面对所有的一切，有勇气有能力去实现自己的价值，做好自己的事情。可惜很多时候有想法却没有有自信，让我们连一战的勇气的没有，只知道退缩，只知道认命，觉得自己无法完成这样艰巨的任务。
任何成绩好的同学他们都对自己充满了自信因为他们知道自己有能力成为这样的人，因为他们知道自己的实力，在大的困难都敢于去闯荡，去实验，因为他们相信只要去做了总能实现，哪怕失败了一次又一次，哪怕路途上充满了荆棘，充满了阻碍但是却不能阻止我们继续前进，不能让他们退宿。因为自信所以强大，因为自信所以无所畏惧。
在生活中我们要做自信的人，在学习中我们更好做一个自信的人，在任何时刻，任何地点都不能自己对自己失去信心，在艰难的路途也有走过的一天，在困难的地方也有被征服的时候，没有做不到的事情，只要自己对自己充满了自信，总会实现的。
